We’re confident you’ll be delighted with the products we send. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase. We’ll provide a full refund of the product value. No hassle – and no handling or admin fees.

 

Please follow these steps when returning an item:
  1. Select Shipping Method
    • If you’re in the United States, you can choose from available shipping options. Shipping is free of charge for returns.
    • If you’re outside the United States, you can choose to ship the return to us using a carrier of your choice. Please note we won’t be responsible for any costs incurred by another return service.
  2. If you’ve chosen the option with a pre – provided shipping label, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with the label and guidelines. All you need to do is print the returns label and stick it to the outside of your package.
  3. If you’re using a courier of your choice, keep the receipt of the shipment and include the RMA form in the parcel for visibility.

 

Please be aware that all items must be returned in their original, unworn “showroom” condition, with tags & labels attached. If this is met, we’ll issue a refund for your item(s) with no handling or admin charges. Any goods returned showing signs of wear, dirt, or without all relevant tags and packaging can’t be refunded. Also, note that personalised workwear can’t be returned for a refund or exchange as it has been modified from its original sale condition.

 

All items must also be returned with their original box in resaleable condition. The item packaging needs to be sent back intact and protected. When returning an item, don’t attach labels to the product box or bag itself. Instead, place the box or bag inside a postage bag or another box to ensure it’s undamaged and can be reused. We can’t guarantee your refund if the product and packaging don’t come back in resaleable showroom condition.

 

Any item sold as part of an offer or bundle package must be returned with the other items; otherwise, a full refund can’t be offered. Items returned for refund will be credited back in the same manner you paid for them and are processed as soon as possible, generally within 5 days of receipt.

 

If returning items from outside the United States, ensure that the necessary paperwork is completed with the delivery company to clearly identify the package as ‘Goods returned following purchase’. It’s the sender’s responsibility to ensure this is correctly done. No taxes should be due for the re – import of these goods, and we won’t be responsible for paying them if they’re incurred.

 

Please note that we can’t provide refunds on goods outside of the returns period, unless otherwise agreed – which will only be under special circumstances. Customers returning items outside the window will be required to arrange collection or pay postage to have items returned to them.

 

Please also note that items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for exchange. This policy is in place to maintain fairness and manage inventory effectively. We encourage customers to carefully review their choices before purchasing sale items.

 

For US orders that initially qualified for free shipping (due to exceeding a certain amount, e.g., $[X] – can be adjusted), if items are returned such that the total order value falls below that amount, a shipping fee of $[X] (e.g., $5.99 – can be adjusted) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange the size, simply re – order your product in the normal way through our site. Send back the item you no longer need, and upon receiving it, we’ll process the refund as long as it’s returned in line with the return conditions above.

Warranty claims:

Items may be eligible for a direct replacement only – no refunds can be provided – if a fault is found with the product itself. If you believe this is the case, please contact us at [email protected] to learn what’s needed to make a potential claim.
