Dispatch is normally made within 2 – 3 working days.
To stock a vast selection of items in all sizes and colours and serve customers across the United States, we hold and draw stock from several warehouses in different locations across the country. This helps us rapidly dispatch orders to various locations nationwide. It also enables us to offer fuller ranges and more options for our customers than many other sellers. Please note, that if one or more items ordered requires transfer, this can increase the timeframe to 5 working days.

Shipping is free for every order, regardless of the order value. This applies to any address in the United States, no matter the location.
Deliveries to other regions (if applicable)
We also ship to select international locations. Please note that international shipping options and costs may vary. The shipping time after dispatch for international deliveries usually takes [X] – [X] working days, but this can vary depending on the destination.
Advice for all deliveries
We strongly recommend that you arrange delivery to an address where you or someone you know and trust will be present to receive the order on your behalf. However, if no one is available when the couriers attempt delivery, they will typically leave a notice or contact you via email or phone. You can then reschedule delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot. If you request that goods be “left in a safe location,” Work Wear Gurus cannot be responsible for missing items or damage to your parcel and, unfortunately, will be unable to assist you in claiming for any loss.
Undelivered items
Please ensure that the address and contact information provided for deliveries are correct and complete. Any items that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay any applicable duties or taxes will not have shipping fees refunded. These costs have already been incurred by us when sending the item(s), and unfortunately, they are not recoverable. Similarly, costs incurred to return a failed delivery to us will be deducted from any refund.
Please note that all items are sent with tracked delivery. Tracking details are provided to our customers via email. While the delivery company may contact the customer using the provided details, ultimately, it is your responsibility as the customer to manage the delivery with the courier company once the item has been dispatched. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any taxes or duties due at the border are addressed. Similarly, if a customer is not at home for a delivery, couriers will usually contact the customer with redelivery options. However, this process can vary by location, and it is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and reschedule a delivery if necessary after a failed attempt.
